1. Service Description

RecoverThatCall LLC ("RecoverThatCall," "we," "us") provides an automated call-answering and lead-capture service for service businesses. When you can't get to the phone, our AI agent — Ally — picks up the call on your behalf, collects the caller's information, and sends you a lead summary via SMS text message.

RecoverThatCall also conducts outbound service outreach via phone calls using AI assistants to connect with potential customers. If you verbally agree during one of these calls to receive a follow-up text message, that verbal consent authorizes us to send you an SMS at the number you were called on.

2. Subscription & Billing

RecoverThatCall is a subscription service billed at $97/month. Your subscription begins after your 7-day free trial. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You will be billed monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date.

3. SMS Terms & Consent

By using RecoverThatCall, you agree to receive SMS text messages from RecoverThatCall LLC related to your service, including lead summaries, onboarding instructions, account notifications, and service updates.

Additionally, if you are contacted by RecoverThatCall or its AI assistant during outbound outreach and verbally agree to receive a follow-up text, you consent to receive that SMS at the number you were called on.

4. Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

5. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.

6. Carrier Compatibility & Refunds

RecoverThatCall requires conditional call forwarding, which is supported by most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Some carriers — including Cricket Wireless, Visible, Google Fi, Xfinity Mobile, and Spectrum Mobile — do not support this feature.

If we determine during onboarding that your carrier does not support conditional call forwarding, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund. You will not be charged for a service that cannot work with your carrier.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@recoverthatcall.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing cycle.

We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed calls due to carrier issues, network outages, or incorrect call forwarding setup on your end.

10. Limitation of Liability

RecoverThatCall is a lead-capture tool. We are not responsible for the outcome of any job, estimate, or customer interaction that results from our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the current billing period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
