RecoverThatCall LLC ("RecoverThatCall," "we," "us") offers an SMS-based notification service as part of our call-answering and lead-capture platform for service businesses (plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, contractors, and similar trades). When you sign up for RecoverThatCall, you opt in to receive text messages related to your account and the leads captured on your behalf.
By providing your phone number on our signup page at recoverthatcall.com/signup and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from RecoverThatCall LLC at the mobile number you provided.
Consent is not a condition of purchase, although SMS notifications are a core feature of the RecoverThatCall service (lead summaries are delivered via text message).
If you are contacted by RecoverThatCall during outbound outreach and verbally agree to receive a follow-up text, that verbal consent also authorizes us to send you an SMS at the number you were called on.
You may receive the following types of SMS messages from RecoverThatCall:
Message frequency varies based on your incoming call volume and account activity. Active subscribers typically receive 1–10 messages per day, but frequency may be higher during periods of heavy call volume. You will receive a text each time our agent handles a call for you.
You will not receive unsolicited promotional or marketing messages.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. RecoverThatCall does not charge you for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may charge standard messaging fees.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from RecoverThatCall. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message:
"RecoverThatCall: You have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages. Reply HELP for support or START to resubscribe."
After opting out, you will not receive any further text messages from RecoverThatCall unless you re-subscribe by replying START or by signing up again at our website.
Note: Opting out of SMS will prevent delivery of lead summaries, which may affect the functionality of the service.
For help with SMS messages at any time, reply HELP to any message you receive from RecoverThatCall. You will receive a response with support information:
"RecoverThatCall: For support, email info@recoverthatcall.com or visit recoverthatcall.com. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

Our SMS services are supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and their subsidiaries and MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's coverage area and service terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
